K.L. Cottrell graduated at the top of her class in specialized Alzheimer's study, is completely competent at Senile Dementia, and has been a Certified Nurses Assistant and Certified Rehabilitation Aide since 1987.  Becuse of this, Kay would like to contribute back to society...All the help and consideration she received when entering the field.  Kay worked at many Nursing Homes around the Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Kansas area.

Kay knows the ins-and-outs of the business..And problems that have come up.  Several main issues need to be addressed for all Nurses Aides and the like:...And NANA intends to get it done!

*Why do NA/CNAs/CMAs/CRAs do most of the work for the least amount of pay?

*Why do NA/CNAs/CMAs/CRAs have little to say about patient care when they are the ones with their hands on the patient for the maority of the time?

*Who would want an unexperienced, bottom of the barrle, NA/CNA/CMA/CRA taking care of them when they need nursingat home or in a facility?

*Why doesn't the AARP look more closly at these issues when they are the next in line to be institutionalized?
